Indiaroaming – Cancellation Policy

At Indiaroaming, we are happy to offer flexible and transparent cancellation terms for all our services. Since each service has different operational requirements, the cancellation rules vary for Cab Services, Hotel Booking, Tour Packages, and ActivitiesAdventure Bookings.

Please read the relevant section carefully before booking.

1. Cab Services Cancellation Policy

1.1 Local (In-City) Rides

Free cancellation if cancelled within 5 minutes of booking.

After 5 minutes, a cancellation fee of ₹50 – ₹100 may apply depending on city and vehicle type.

If the driver has already reached the pickup location, full driver arrival charges(base fare+km driven for arrival) will be applied.

1.2 Outstation Rides

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.

Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 25% charge of the estimated trip fare.

If cancelled after driver dispatch, we have booked that cab specially for you that’swhy we have to charged a minimum of ₹1000.

If cancelled at the time of arrival, 33% of the fare will be charged.

1.3 Airport Transfers

Free cancellation up to 36 hours before pickup.

Within 2 hours, 100% of the one-way fare may be charged because the vehicle is reserved exclusively.

1.4 No-Show Policy

A booking will be marked as No-Show if the customer is unreachable or does not report at the pickup location within

15 minutes for local rides

30 minutes for outstation & airport rides

No-show charges Full fare minimum base fare(whichever is higher)

2. Tour Packages Cancellation Policy

2.1 Full Tour Packages (Domestic)

100% of package charges will be refund if cancelled 15 days or more before the travel date.

75% of package charges will be refund if cancelled 7–14 days before the travel date.

60% of package charges will be refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the travel date.

50% of package charges will be refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the tour start date.

2.2 Holiday Packages with Hotel & Transport

Since bookings involve third-party hotels and transport operators

Advance payments for hotels may be non-refundable based on third-party rules.

Flighttrain ticket cancellations follow respective provider policies.

Refund processing may take 7–14 working days.

2.3 Partial Tour Cancellations

If the customer cancels a specific segment (sightseeinghotel add-ons), charges will be based on

Supplier policies

Last-minute operational costs

Driver or guide availability

2.4 No-Show During Tour

If the traveller fails to join the tour or misses scheduled activities

No refund will be provided

Extra arrangements to join tour will be chargeable separately

3. Activities & Adventure

Bookings Cancellation Policy
(For activities like trekking, camping, rafting, paragliding, ATV rides, Jeep safaris, etc.)

3.1 Standard Activity Bookings

100% refund if cancelled up to 7 days before activity date.

75% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before activity date.

50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of activity start time.

3.2 Weather-Dependent Activities

If an activity cannot be conducted due to

Bad weather

Government restrictions

Safety concerns

Then customers may choose

A full refund, or

Reschedule to a later date at no extra charge

3.3 Adventure & High-Risk Activities

For high-risk activities (rafting, paragliding, bungee, etc.)

Booking fees are non-refundable once slots are confirmed

Rescheduling allowed 48 hours in advance (subject to availability)

3.4 Fitness & Safety Requirements

If a participant is denied participation due to

Health issues

Improper gear

Safety non-compliance

Intoxication

No refund will be provided.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect.

Some third-party partners may require additional processing time.

6. Special Cases

India roaming reserves the right to cancel bookings due to

Unavoidable circumstances

Vehicle breakdown

Driver unavailability

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

In such cases, customers will receive

80% refund, or

Free rescheduling

7. Natural Disasters

Government Restrictions & Enroute Issues
Non-Refundable in Case of Natural or Government-Imposed Disruptions
If during the journey (enroute), the trip cannot proceed further due to

Natural disasters (floods, landslides, storms, earthquakes, etc.)

Government restrictions (road closures, curfews, permits, strikes, security blocks, etc.)

Any unavoidable or uncontrollable circumstances

In such cases, no refund will be given for the unused portion of the trip, services, or package.

Additional Day or Service Usage Will Be Chargeable
If the guest requires additional services due to any enroute delay or stoppage—such as

Extra stay

Additional driver hours

Extra travel time

Extended itinerary change

Then these extra charges will be billed separately.

Extra Charges Calculation Method
Extra charges will apply based on hours OR kilometers driven — whichever is higher, as per the standard rate chart for the selected vehicle category.
