India roaming – Refund Policy

At India roaming, we aim to ensure transparency and fairness in all our refund processes. Refunds for any service — including Cab Services, Tour Packages, and ActivitiesAdventure Bookings — are strictly governed by our Cancellation Policy.

If your booking meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in our Cancellation Policy, a refund will be issued accordingly.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are initiated only if your booking qualifies under our Cancellation Policy.
This includes

Cab Service cancellations

Outstation or airport ride cancellations

Tour package cancellations

Hotel or transport booking cancellations

Activity or adventure booking cancellations

If your cancellation does not fall under the criteria mentioned in our Cancellation Policy, no refund will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be processed in the following cases

Last-minute cancellations that fall outside the allowed cancellation window

No-show situations where the customer is unavailable at the pickupactivity location

Failure to meet health, safety, or age requirements for activities

Denial of service due to intoxication or misconduct

Non-refundable hotel, ticket, or activity bookings made through third-party partners

Any service cancellation not aligned with our Cancellation Policy

Some banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Refund timelines for third-party services (hotels, flights, activity partners) may vary.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may apply when

Only part of the service was cancelled

Supplier or partner cancellation charges apply

Advance booking fees are non-refundable

All partial refund decisions will strictly follow the terms mentioned in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Refunds for Weather or Safety Issues

If a cab ride, tour, or activity is cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as

Severe weather

Safety risks

Government restrictions

Operational issues

India roaming may offer

Full refund, or

Free rescheduling, depending on service type
