2. Services Offered

Local and outstation cab services

Airport transfers

Multi-day tour packages

Service availability may vary based on location, season, weather, and partner availability.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

Provide accurate personal and booking information

Ensure timely presence at pickup points

Maintain respectful conduct with drivers, guides, and staff

Follow all instructions during tours and activities

Use the platform only for lawful purposes

Not misuse, resell, or exploit services for commercial use without permission

India roaming may deny service if a customer:

Provides false or misleading details

Shows abusive behavior

Violates safety norms

Is intoxicated or unfit for travel

Engages in any misconduct affecting safety or service quality

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

Complete or partial payment is made (as required)

A confirmation message/email is received

The service provider (driver, hotel, or activity partner) accepts the booking

Indiaroaming reserves the right to:

Accept or decline bookings

Cancel bookings due to unavailability, safety concerns, or technical issues

Provide alternative options, rescheduling, or refunds where applicable

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed before booking.

Taxes, tolls, parking fees, and additional charges may apply.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments must be made through approved payment methods.

Indiaroaming is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

6.1 Cancellation Terms

All cancellations must comply with our Cancellation Policy.
Charges may apply based on the time of cancellation and service type.

6.2 Refund Terms

Refunds are issued only when cancellations meet the criteria mentioned in our Refund Policy.
Refunds are not guaranteed if the service provider or customer violates policies.

7. No-Show Policy

A booking will be marked as “No-Show” if:

The customer is not available at the pickup location within the allowed time

The customer is unreachable despite multiple attempts

No refunds will be provided for No-Show bookings.

8. Safety Responsibilities

Customers must:

Wear seatbelts and follow driver/guide instructions

Disclose medical conditions when booking adventure activities

Avoid unsafe behavior during rides or activities

Indiaroaming is not responsible for:

Injuries caused due to customer negligence

Loss or damage of personal belongings

Accidents caused by third-party service partners

9. Third-Party Services

Cab rides, hotels, and activities may be delivered by verified third-party partners.

Indiaroaming:

Acts as a booking facilitator

Is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by partners

Will follow third-party policies for cancellations and refunds

Cannot be held liable for acts beyond our control (weather, traffic, political restrictions, etc.)
